Wheel Workz

Eric and the Wheel Workz could not have been more helpful in getting us back on the road. On our way to Chicago we were stranded in Murfreesboro with a cracked wheel. The local Firestone dealer told us that Wheel Workz would be the best place to go and he was right. The next morning we were at Wheel Workz when it opened. Eric straightened out the rim, had the crack welded and got us on our way before lunch. And all at a very fair price.

This business may not look like much from the outside, but I truly believe that is because they are so busy getting wheels and tires fixed, they don't have time to organize. I brought my bent wheels here and they fixed them so there was no vibration. I also ordered Pirelli tires here because they had a good price and could check the wheels and fix them if needed. Not many tire shops will repair bent wheels.

I thought I needed two new wheels, but they were able to repair one of them. Thank the heavens for that! Excellent customer service!!! The guys were very personable, down-to-earth, friendly and just overall good genuine people. Quick and efficient work. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!!

I purchased a set of custom wheels and tires from Wheel Workz for my 69 Camaro showcar. I asked them the day they installed the wheels the best way to take care of them. The owner Mitch said just blue Dawn soap and water. I did that and just 6 or 7 months later the wheels were absolutely spotted up and would not come clean. I called for him at the wheel place a few times and he was always out so I called the wheel company which was American Racing. They said to try vinegar. I tried this over and over and it did not work so I now drove down to Wheel Workz to talk with them. Spoke to Mitch about the problem and he said since I had talked to the wheel company I just need to go thru them. He seemed sort of short but he said If I could get them to do something he would help me out with changing the wheels and tires over. I called American Racing back and they finally agreed to swap the wheels out for me. I was very happy about this and called Mitch to tell him and asked him was he still gonna help me out with changing them over. He said yeah for 40 dollars each so really he was doing nothing for me in the end. If you want some wheels and tires I guess you can go thru these people but o

Sounds like I'm not the only one these guys scammed after reading reviews😂 THIS HAPPENED WITHIN 24 HOURS, NO REFUNDS, NEVER BRING ALUMINUM/FORGED WHEELS HERE. much less any wheel. Never seen a business ran this bad. Leave it up to Mitch and his goons
